i think in that video citizen eco drive is trying to say that if you wear that watch you can be unstoppable as the football player that's appear on the commercial. They are trying to sell the idea that you are going to be the best person in all the world because no one can´t stop you for the same reason that you are going to be wearing theyre watch.

The video is focus on people who had an active life or want to have it. I think they are trying to sell you a product that works better than no other watches brands like the prhase they used "it's unstoppable, just like the people who wear it" that's very attractive prhase that captures your attention , and the commercial it's very short but clearly right to point that invites you to go to the store and ask for the product just know more about it.
