well i don't really know if it's consumer-oriented, i think it is because they are talking about how to create the rewarding costumer experiences soo that can help themto keep loyalty costumers and spread the warmth of Hilton hospitality to the worldwide.

That's why hilton hotels are to expensive, for the market that they are oriented.
